  I've had an annual service plan with A+ Computer Service, just had a ransomware issue and called left a message. I received a return call within 10 minutes, and was using my computer within an hour of my initial call. Over the course of the last year they have been on top of every issue within the same day. Prior to using A+ Computer, I was with a big CPU service company with many employees, they often took several days to get things squared away with multiple calls that left me very frustrated especially when they would double bill me. A+ Computer Service is reasonably priced and their service is excellent.
